Our recurring athlete plan will focus on helping you reach your goals by offering the physical, technical, and mental support that you need.
We have two main types of private coaching. The first is technique and mental coaching to become a better climber. The second is physical strength training and conditioning coupled with a training plan. Price is per hour.
Our assessments use technology to gain insight into your physical capabilities- pulling strength/ power, finger strength/ power, and energy delivery and utilization. Assessments are highly recommended for recurring athletes and anyone embarking on training for climbing.
